Founded by educators, FutureReady Writing of Northeast Florida is a tutoring group that specializes in coaching college-bound high school students through the college essay process.

Our mission is to empower college-bound high school students to craft authentic, compelling admissions essays through expert-led small-group instruction. We guide students through the entire writing process—from brainstorming to final polish—in a supportive, feedback-rich environment that builds confidence, voice, and clarity.

Meet the Coaches

Tiffany Kemp, M.Ed.

Tiffany Kemp is a doctoral candidate in the final stages of pursuing a Doctorate of Education from the University of North Dakota. She holds a Master of Education from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English from Flagler College. She has over a decade of experience in the secondary English classroom both in the United States and Japan. Additionally, she currently serves as an adjunct professor for undergraduate students. A lifelong lover of the written word, she believes in the power of sharing our human experience through the personal narrative.

Danielle Weaver, soon-to-be M.A in English, BSN, RN

With a B.A. in English from the University of Florida Honors Program and as a current M.A. candidate in English at Arizona State University, Danielle Weaver brings both academic depth and real-world experience to the classroom. She also holds a B.S.N. from Duquesne University and spent a decade as an emergency room nurse before returning to her first love—teaching English. A former graduate teaching assistant at the University of Southern California, she now teaches secondary English and is passionate about helping students discover the power of the written word and the strength of their own voices.
